Not that anyone really cares, but I love the word, “seneschal.” It’s up there with “rutabaga” and “notwithstanding” in the pantheon of words that I most love. It’s a word that is rarely really appropriate in modern parlance (another good word, although not as good as those others), and I was super happy to have an opportunity to use it here. Small things make me happy…VERY small things.
