Pretty much the entire crew of Cerulean Skies is/was guilty of betraying your boy. When Hunter cut them down, he absorbed everything they knew, including the Ghazi language and their skills as sailors. If you don’r remember how all of this works, because we haven’t done it in a while, refer back to Hunter’s final encounter with Jobo the Bookie, which where he learned that part of The Revenger’s power set.
