So…I have somehow managed to lock myself out of commenting on these pages. Apparently, in trying to put a link into a comment, and having it not work, and trying again…I got myself flagged for spamming…on my own site. There’s been a lot going on here, dealing with the mental effects of life during the apocalypse for example, so I haven’t go around to getting myself UNflagged for spamming yet. …so there was some question about what sword knowledge Hunter had and when he lost it. Hunter had picked up everything that Jobo knew about swordsmanship in his decades of watching the Great and Grant Tourney, and after getting his lessons in the basics from Maliya, he was able to put most of those moves into practice. So he’d become an able swordsman, not as good as the masters, but GOOD.
Then there is the sequence beginning HERE. This results in some bad [REDACTED] happening to Hunter, at that has the effect of costing him all of the skills and memories that he’d to that point absorbed through The Revenger, as he explains HERE.
But back to the present, where even the luckiest breaks aren’t but so lucky for Hunter Black…
