I don’t know if I’ve used the expression, “Sentine’s Beards” before. Sentine is one of the four lesser gods, the god of the body and its myriad forms. Sentine is an hermaphroditic being, and the reference to “Beards” is a bit off-color…PG-13 rated, if you will. It’s actually not the sort of thing that Maliya, who’s fairly prim when it comes to such things, would normally say. That’s the extent of her shock at seeing this treasure.
