For those of you who don’t remember, Aeryn Thornheart is FIRST of Thirteen, ostensibly the most powerful (and longest tenured) of the Thirteen Wizards. She looks a lot younger than Castigan did, it suddenly occurs to me. I LOVE Will’s choice for her hair, it looks really cool to me. And yes, the self-destructing headquarters of the dead adversary has been done to death, but it’s a trope that I enjoy so I put it in here without anything even resembling regrets.
