They say that a comic writer is lucky to see 35% of what was in their mind once the artist is done with their work — and that’s kinda true here. I wanted an image of Tzetzem’Tze’Tzemoze squaring up against Hoc Zhai over a battlefield littered with the dead from both sides. I got that…but it looks totally different than what I saw in my head. I mean, this is way, way better and more dynamic than what was in my head…but it’s definitely different. That 65% difference is often very worth it.
